I am loving watching this little man grow up in front of my camera. I have had the opportunity to shoot his momma's maternity session and then him as a newborn, at 3 months and now 6 months. He is so advanced for his age and is sitting like a pro and wanting to start walking! By 9 months Turok is going to be standing on his own-what a strong and dedicated little dude! I was so excited to do be able to use not only the studio in our new house but also the back yard and rock wall for his session! He looked like he was right in the midst of the jungle in his lion costume with all his animal buddies around him. I loved that Heather and Eddie brought a fun concept to this session! Thanks for another great shoot guys! :)

Turok at three months old!!! This is why I absolutely LOVE shooting "watch me grow" sessions because we get to do stuff like this!! His daddy held him in the same pose for his newborn photos and we did it again in black and white for three months-its amazing to see him grow. Three months is {to be honest} a very hard age to photograph. He isn't quite able to sit yet, but he doesn't want to lay down and be still. It is an in between stage that requires a lot of patience {right mom and dad!?!} and a lot of persistence to get the shot! Turok is still as cute as ever though, and just look at him in that bow tie! Come on-who can resist a little man in a bow tie :) Great seeing you guys again!
Meet Turok!!! This little bundle of joy was three weeks old when I photographed him which is typically much older than you'd want to shoot newbie photos...but he pleasantly surprised me by doing AMAZING!! I haven't had the opportunity to shoot newborn photos in a while so was very excited to be shooting Turok just a few weeks after doing maternity photos for mom and dad! We knew going into it that black and white would be our main focus, but wanted to throw in some outdoor natural light, gorgeous Florida color in the end! After a quick rain break {which turned out to be useful for a quick feeding break as well} we were able to get outside for a few wide awake photos. Turok has amazing wide eyes and they seemed to stare right through me. One of the photos from this session is one of my favorite photos I've ever taken. When dad held Turok in his arm, Turok reached down and held onto his daddy's finger...my heart melted in this magical moment. I loved that I was able to deliver these images just in time for his first father's day! :) I can't wait to watch Turok grow up in front of my camera...see ya'll in a few months!
Little adorable, Zachary- the master fisherman! Zachary is quite the catch, don't you think? He dazzled us with his ability to catch fish at just 10 days old, and also with his ability to stay awake for nearly 2 hours straight! I'm pretty sure we captured all his sleeping poses in 10-15 minutes! I couldn't believe the strength this little guy had-he is going to be a force to be reckoned with ;) Joanna (Zachary's mommy) brought along some adorable wardrobe pieces that we paired with my $1 bucket that I picked up earlier in the day! I love when concepts come together so well :) Amazing little boy you have here, Robinson family!
Look at these two little dancing stars!!!!! First, my little munchkin :) This is Isabella, my adorable three year old niece who just moved back to Florida after spending the past year in UTAH! I am beyond excited to have her back in my arms :) Bella and my sister made the loooong (week long) drive from Utah to Florida and their first stop was our home! We went to the beach and played in the sand and water, goofed off at the house, and then had a fun photo shoot in our new in-house studio. Bella was so great in front of the camera, doing everything Clint and I asked her to do. Typically kids have the "camera curse," immediately stiffening up or crying when in front of the camera and bright lights but Bella was a real super star! Just look how stinkin' cute she is- a natural! Next, meet Tristen....from the Brooksville dance academy! She was just so sweet, and had a very sweet moms as well! She is going to be an amazing shining star at her recital in a couple of weeks!
Meet Skylar, a 6 month old baby girl with the most gorgeous little face! We did Skylar's newborn photos and were very honored to be able to do her next set of photos as well! We spent three hours together shooting several different looks from simple head shots to dolled up beauty queen...and she rocked all of them! Near the end of the session we discovered exactly what she needed to be perfectly content and happy: sitting barefoot in the grass! Mom, Lauren, laid in front of her blowing wind in her face as she laughed and laughed and laughed. What a great ending to our session! I just can't get enough of Skylar and her beautiful eyes and precious lips. As if I haven't blown up your newsfeed on facebook enough with her face, here are more!!! Enjoy :)
Meet Blake!! The cutest little puppy dog ever :) Getting ready for Blake's session, Clint and I wanted to try some completely new "newborn" tactics since it had been a little while since we shot a newbie. Looking through these now I am very happy with the results! It also helps that Blake is off the charts CUTE! We started the session with him naked, and 2 minutes in he decided to poop on our white blanket...that was the cue for us to take some pictures of Blake's older brother Brandon while we got Blake back settled again! He and his older brother were real troopers during their session as we tried many different looks with both of them! Here are a few of them!!
Look at this little Christmas cutie, Bryson! This little one loved to stand so we took advantage of that with this first photo, I love how 'bright eyed and bushy tailed' he looks! Clint and I experimented with some new lighting and styling techniques during this shoot and we are so happy with the results! I feel very much in the Christmas spirit after looking at all these photos in one place...I wonder what Santa will be bringing me this year!? :)
Sunday we had to opportunity to shoot our nephew's 6 month photo session. I can't believe he has gotten so big so fast! It is amazing and scary...slow down little man!! It was craziness in our studio, thats for sure. Getting a 6 month old to smile and laugh on cue is hard work!! Needless to say we were all exhausted at the end. But it was a great time, and I am so happy with the photos that we got! Brantley and his older brother, Colt are two stinkin' cute kiddies (and not just because they are my nephews!) How can you not love those big baby blues :)
